  • The complex carbs in spaghetti keep you full since it mixes with blood very slowly; it is easily burnt in the metabolism, turns into energy very rapidly and therefore it is easy to digest.
  • Spaghetti can be prepared with several other ingredients such as cheese, ground beef, mushroom & vegetable. The sauce alternatives are endless.

4. BANETTI LINGUINI 500G (NO.109 )

  •  Linguine, a close relative of Fettuccine, is made from long, flat strands of pasta, but is thinner and narrower.

COOKING RECOMMENDATION

  1. Boil minimum three liters of water and add a tablespoon of salt
  2. Add one pack of Banetti pasta into the boiling water and cook in high heat while stirring until desired softness is reached (8 to 11 min.)
  3. Drain well and serve with preferred sauce

5. BANETTI  Fettuccine  500G NO.108

  • Fettuccine refers to a type of pasta shaped like long, flat ribbons. Because it is a thicker pasta, fettuccine is generally served with heavier, meat-based sauces.
  • Fettuccine pasta works best with sauces that are less chunky, as larger pieces of meat or vegetables end up separated from the strands of pasta rather than enjoyed with each bite.
