Refund or exchange is only offered to defective or damaged product upon delivery. Please notify us not more than 3 days upon receiving the products at [email protected] together with receipt or proof of purchase.
Please courier back the product to us in its original conditions within 5 days of receiving the package. We will assess any defects on a case-by-case basis. Upon review, we may offer a refund via store credit or an exchange within 30 days of your purchase. If an exchange is granted, a new product will be shipped. The return shipping cost is to be borne by the buyer.
