✅ CJ Beksul’s Korean Bulgogi Sauce for beef is inspired from the traditional bulgogi dishes. This version is quiet suitable for the beef meet dishes. Bulgogi is a Korean meat dish, which literally means ‘fire meat’. Bulgogi dishes are in fact Korean styled grilled version of thin layers of beef or pork. In Korea, bulgogi is very popular. You will see them every corner of streets.
✅ Pork galbi marinade or pork galibi marinade is used to flavour pork ribs in this much- loved Korean BBQ dish. Kalbi dishes are traditionally prepared with rib meat which is marinated in ganjang, Korean soy sauce, and cooked on a hot griddle or grill.
Beef bulgogi sauce enriched with pear, apple and onion etc. Avoid sunlight and moist and keep in a cool place. After opening, store in a refrigerator and consume as soon as possible.
