This is a classic Korean miso soup with spicy seafood flavor. Adding Korean miso paste (a sauce made from fermented soybeans, barley and chili) to the soup base can bring a richer flavor. Combine this spicy seafood miso soup with fresh rice with traditional Korean dishes, or use it as a soup base for tofu/seafood bowls.
1. Put the water, sauce, soup base, and additional ingredients into the pot and cook in a large pot
2. Add eggs or seafood and other easy-cooked foods and cook for about 1-2 minutes.
