【Best to make Korean Japchae Noodle】



 Japchae or chapchae (잡채) is a very popular Korean dish. It is the number one sought after dish particularly during the Korean festive holidays (e.g. New Year’s day and Harvest festival) but it is also enjoyed on any other common day as well. The main highlight of the dish is glass noodles, which is made from sweet potatoes, along with colorful vegetables and well seasoned meat.  



【How to make Korean Japchae Noodle using our product?】



Follow the steps below:  



1. Slice meat in strips and mix well with the meat seasoning. Then, slice the re-hydrated mushroom and season with soy sauce and sugar.



2. Wash and blanch spinach in boiling water, drain and squeeze the excess water. Season with sesame oil and salt.



3. Slice the union and the carrot in strips, stir fry with pinch of salt. Separate egg yolk and white in separate bowl, beat well and spread on the frying pan with oil on medium heat to make thin and flat yellow and white egg crepe.



4. Stir fry seasoned meat and mushroom separately on frying pan.



5. Boil 12tbsp of soy sauce, 1 cup of water, 8 tbsp of sugar, 2 tbsp of sesame oil, 1tsp of black pepper, 2tsp of roasted sesame seed on the deep frying pan and add the cooked noodle and stir well under the low heat until shines show

6. Mix all prepared ingredients separately. Garnish with the long strips of yellow and white egg crepe and serve.
