【Simple to eat】

The soup was a classic kimchi flavored broth with a mild spicy kick (2 chilis). We can taste the hot and sour notes in the soup. This was further enhanced by the kimchi. They tasted exactly like the kimchi one would find in Korean restaurants, the classic fermented spicy flavors that thoroughly soaked the pickled cabbage.
