Bibimmyeon is a noodle version of bibimbap (mixed rice). It is a brothless ramyeon (ramen) with sweet and spicy seasoning sauce to mix with noodles.
The spicy and sweet seasonings is made of spicy garlic, red pepper, apple juice, sweet onions.
Paldo Bibimmyeon is the world's first spread & stir Instant Noodles. It is to be served cold. It can also be served warm.
This ramyeon is loved by Koreans during summer !
Cooking instructions for cold noodles:
1. Boil the noodles for about 3-4 minutes
2. Once it's al-Dante, strain the ramen off the hot water and toss the ramen into a bowl of ice water
3. Mix it and then strain the noodles out
4. Add the sauce packet and mix.
